After spending most of my career in the corporate world, but attending the births of countless friends and family members, I finally realized my calling, and completed my Doula training at Bini Birth in Sherman Oaks, CA.

In addition to being a certified birth Doula and trained postpartum Doula with DONA INTERNATIONAL. I am also an Evidence Based Birth® Instructor as well as a New Parent Educator/ Newborn Care Specialist.

No matter what your family looks like, or what you want for a birth plan, I will support you to ensure your needs are met by providing you with information and options, without judgement. I will be there for you to lower stress, anxiety, and pressure, and be your constant cheerleader through every step of your birthing and postpartum journey.

I approach my role as a Birth AND POSTPARTUM Doula with flexibility, kindness, humor, and compassion.

I am extremely passionate about making sure that the person giving birth is supported and advised of all their choices surrounding birth. I aim to achieve a safe, calm, and joyous experience of bringing their little one into the world.

I live in Simi Valley, California with my beautiful blended family of 4 children, and my loving husband Bryan.

The birthing person NEEds just as much attention as a newborn, because they too have just been born.

From our initial meeting all the way through your pregnancy and delivery, I take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs.

I’m available via phone, text, and email throughout, and will provide everything you require to make sure your experience is as calm and positive as possible. I will provide you with unwavering evidence-based information enabling you and everyone involved to be empowered to make the best decisions. I will assist you by being your advocate. I will be there to make sure YOU are being heard by the people who are caring for you throughout your labor and delivery.

As your postpartum Doula, I believe in providing compassionate, evidence-based support to your family in the first weeks and months postpartum. I want your family to thrive not just survive!  I will help empower your family to have confidence in yourselves and in the choices that you make for your family.
