A Letter to Myself

Hey you,
You didn’t always know you had options. But you did. You do.
You were allowed to ask more questions. You were allowed to take up space. You were allowed to say, “I need more support.”
You weren’t being dramatic. You weren’t weak. You were just human—going through something massive and sacred.
You were stronger than you gave yourself credit for. Still are.
And just so we’re clear—You were always worthy of help. Of someone who saw you. Listened. Reminded you that your voice matters.
That’s why you became a doula. Not because birth is trendy. Not because you had all the answers. But because you know what it feels like to not know what’s okay to ask for.
You wanted to be the person you needed.Someone to say:“Here are your options.”“You get to choose.”“You’re not alone.”“You’re doing incredible.”
So here’s to you—then and now. Still learning. Still growing. Still showing up for others the way you finally learned to show up for yourself.
Love,Me
